Return Policy

Products once delivered, can be returned within 15 days only.

Payment Refund requests will be entertained only in case of delivery of a damaged or incorrect product.

Returns and Replacements will be done free of cost if wrong products (i.e. incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than the one ordered) or damaged products have been delivered to the customer.

Details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be explicitly mentioned in the mail being sent to our Customer Support

Cancellation Policy

For all our valuable customers, here is an easy cancellation process for the orders you place.

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped, & your entire order amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy

The process of refunding your money will be initiated within 2 working/business days of getting a refund request from you & authorisation of the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 working days after initiating the refund.

Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies as well, such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

Guidelines for a valid return

  1. The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  2. The packaging should be retained & returned.

Mode of refund
