Shipping & Delivery


Once the order is place, our executive will connect with the customer through whatsapp/IVR/call to confirm the order (if required) and will be shipped afterwards within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.


Once the order is shipped, it will take generally 6-7 working days to get delivered to customer’s place.


Note – It can take extra days in case of exceptional events (effect due to climate or artificial disturbance) on logistics way.

  • Order Number
  • Invoice Copy (Hard/Soft)
  • Details of your request/Complaint
  • Clear images and videos of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.
  • We also request you to take a video of unboxing the package.

Once we receive all these details, our customer delight team will address your query within 24-48 hours. We always try to get it resolved as soon as possible.
